The book of Acts records for us the story of how the ascended Lord Jesus is spreading the message of his salvation to the ends of the earth and building his church. Jesus uses his Holy Spirit empowered people to preach the gospel wherever they go. In this series we will be exploring chapters 9-14 of this book and following the message of salvation on the first stage of it’s journey to the ends of the earth. As well as learning more about the origins of the church, the book of Acts invites us to play our part in the much bigger story of how Jesus continues to build his church today. It will also teach us what to expect as we do.
