Nathan Howard (Pastor)
Nathan is married to Emma and they have six children. Nathan was previously one of the Associate Pastors at this church before moving to Edmonton to start Silver Street Community Church. After 3 fruitful years of ministry there, Nathan and his family have moved back to Enfield Town and to Enfield Town Community Church. Nathan was inducted as pastor in September 2017.
Tim Lock (Assistant Pastor)
Tim started as our Assistant Pastor in September 2018. Before that he worked as a teacher at a local primary school in Enfield. As well as assisting Nathan, Tim has responsibility for the serving life of church, with a focus on our small groups. As part of his ministry training, Tim is starting the Crosslands seminary course this year. He is married to Rachel and they have a 3 year-old daughter – Eleanor - and baby son - Tobias.
Glen McLellan (Pastor in Training)
Glen started as our (full-time) Pastor in Training in September 2017. Before that Glen worked at the church one day per week, alongside working as an actuary. Glen oversees our children's and youth work and runs our Friday night youth group called Rooted. Glen is in his final year of the Cornhill training course. Glen is married to Lydia and they have a 4 year-old son - Daniel - and a 1 year-old, Joshua.
Heather Ovey (Women's Worker - Part time)
Heather joined the staff team in September 2019 as our Part-time Women's Worker. Heather has 3 grown up children. Heather also works part-time as a Children's Physiotherapist.
Rachel Jones (Women's Worker - Part Time)
Rachel moved to the Enfield area after university and became a member of the church. After 7 years working as an economist in the city, she took a year out to be an apprentice at the church. Rachel was appointed as our first women's worker in September 2012. Rachel is married to Nick and their son, Zachary, was born in September 2019.
Janet Burrowes (Church Co-ordinator)
Janet is married to David, who is also an Elder. David and Janet have six children, two of whom have left home to work in Canterbury and Raynes Park, and one is currently studying at Cambridge University.
Janet's responsibilities are varied, but include managing the church diary, Adult and Child Safeguarding and the DBS checking process for the church family, our church database (ChurchSuite), Data Protection, organising training such as First Aid and Food Hygiene, and other tasks as they arise.

Dougal Burrowes (Apprentice)
Dougal joined the staff team in June 2020, after graduating from Warwick University. He had intitially planned to start work in London in September, but due to COVID, this was delayed until February. This delay provided a great an opportunity to work with the church for 7 months. Apart from studying and other bits and bobs, Dougal is helping to design the Church's digital strategy.
Sam McQuaker (Apprenitce)
Sam joined the staff team in September 2020. He is from Haywards Heath and is taking a year out to work with us before going to Cambridge University to study Theology. During his time with us, Sam is doing a one-year training course at Cornhill.
